Libertarians: Is public nudity/indecency acceptable?

Public nudity isn't acceptable because it may step on other peoples freedoms. For example they may not feel free to go to the mall with the kids if they have to run the risk of seeing people's junk. I think the liberatarian way to look at it is that it is acceptable to have places reserved for a clothes optional scene but to stuff it in everybody's face without giving them a choice is bad.
