I want to open my own lingerie maid buisness?

i've worked for one company but i didn't like the way they paid us. i already have my policy down packed, what areas i will work in, i will screen every client &nd im working on my website as of now. i know the basics to the business but what i've learn is its a very good idea to have a written contract that the client will sign upon receiving my services, i just don't know where to start on that. should i have my policies on that contract also with a disclaimer? even case they break any of my policy, it will be terminated because they knew befor hand. another thing is i need a free screening website, any ideas?
