I proposed her later and she denied. What should i do now.?

Recently I proposed a 2 years friend of mine suddenly through sms but she rejected sending me a message- "No Actually :-( ". But few days back she was eager to know whom i love through an indirect message....I was uncomfortable to say that time about my feelings but i said indirectly that she would be my girlfriend. I proposed her later and she denied. What should i do now.
