If my gf is a size 32 D, will she be able to fit a small lingerie? ?

It's going to depend on the cup size of the top. Most lingerie is somewhat stretchy like stretch lace. If it is woven silk or satin, then the bust size of D might be too tight there and not comfy. The body of the lingerie would probably fit if she's a 32. Good luck!! : P
