How can i find my son who was adopted with out my permission?

He was born may 18,1988 at university medical center in San Diego,ca. at one year old moved to FT Florida . I never moved or been to Florida. State of Florida in Tallahassee gave my son up for adoption with out my permission when I had joint custody. I have spoken to Sabrina Marie Spurbick Jamison who is my sons mother and she said that his new name is Joesph John with an Italian last name . It was an illegal adoption and after complaining to the San Diego District Attorney I did not get any results.
