Did you know that mentioning "orange bars" is ranting?

Yahoo has always been fair with my appeals but I do hear a lot of users on here complaining about their violations are not fair. Do you really believe mentioning orange bars is consider ranting? Isn't it possible that maybe you were ranting in your poem and that's why you receive a violation. I have seen a lot of questions/answers get deleted on here and personally I don't see where they were a violation. .......bottom line, there is no consistency on here. Does anybody on her really understand the Community Guidelines on here, I think not, Good Luck.
