Any advice about having our second baby? ?

My bf Justin and I are expecting our second baby. It's another girl. Our first daughter is 4 and her name is Sabrina. We are gonna name this baby Jazilyn. Anyway, Justin and I are both 20, going to college, living in an apartment, and very poor. What should we do? Should we drop out of college and go back when the girls are older? Should we move into my parent's house? PLEASE help! Please! And advice would be so helpful! Advice about buying clothes, food, dipers, anything. Thank you!
